{"id":514,"date":"2020-05-17T09:44:44","date_gmt":"2020-05-17T09:44:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.seriousplay.training\/blog\/?p=514"},"modified":"2020-05-17T09:44:44","modified_gmt":"2020-05-17T09:44:44","slug":"how-to-be-sustainable-in-this-new-normal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.seriousplay.training\/blog\/2020\/05\/17\/how-to-be-sustainable-in-this-new-normal\/","title":{"rendered":"HOW TO BE SUSTAINABLE IN THIS &#8220;NEW NORMAL&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\"><strong>What to look for\u00a0 in our business, before returning to the \u201cnew normal\u201d.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">During these days, I\u00a0\u00a0am having the opportunity to spend time (without rush)\u00a0\u00a0with my partners, colleagues,\u00a0\u00a0clients and found that no matter the role we have in our professional life, today everybody main worry is \u201csustainability\u201d.\u00a0 How to adapt ourselves to the \u201cnew reality\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Particularly in each group I got some outcomes that if we put them together we could continue moving forward and being sustainable:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Accepting\u00a0\u00a0the uncertainty,<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0recognizing we cannot manage it. Its time to take risks and try\u00a0\u00a0new courses of action.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Pursuing smallest workable strategi<\/strong><strong>es,<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0based in our customers behavioral changes, not in old past data.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span>To\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>know about our customers behavior<\/strong><\/span>s, lets watch them to provoke responses to learn about what do they really need.\u00a0\u00a0Create the conditions to force them to make a choice.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Face uncertainty with transparency and continuous experimentation<\/strong><\/span>, accepting sometimes we do not know. Let\u00b4s execute strategies open to correction if it will not achieve the goal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Improve our ability to ask questions<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0to unlock new knowledge.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">Let\u00b4s question our own \u201cstatus quo\u201d and challenge\u00a0\u00a0ourselves on how we used to do our jobs. Let\u00b4s forget all the assumptions of the future we tend to do.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0To filter these natural behavior we could ask ourselves:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span>WHAT NEEDS TO BE TRUE?, the answers must be aligned with our expectations to ensure our goals are viable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span>WHAT UNIQUE DATA CAN WE CREATE TO GENERATE NEW INSIGHTS?.\u00a0 If we are precise in our answers we will be able to improve our strategy and decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span>HOW COULD WE LEARN MORE ABOUT IT?&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; font-size: 14.6667px;\">LEGO\u00ae SERIOUS PLAY\u00ae\u00a0<\/span>Method is a great tool to adopt unusual strategies to move beyond the constraints of best practices to be sustainable in this &#8220;new normal&#8221;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What to look for\u00a0 in our business, before returning to the \u201cnew normal\u201d.
