I have had the opportunity to facilitate some workshops with the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology, aimed at entrepreneurs that are in an early stage of internationalize their business model.

I designed a canvas workshop so that the participants could build their value proposition and identify partners, resources, customer relationships, channels in order to adapt their model to the target market, and finally define key activities and an action plan to take their business to the next level.

Once, they dreamed a desired future and built a model where they could visualize their business in other markets, everyone had the chance to locate in a map the continent or country where they would like to develop their business model.

Some challenges during the workshop were:

1. Who is your customer? And what problem are you solving?

2. What makes you unique? What makes you different from your competitors?

3. How do you see yourself as international company?

4. Where are you located as an international company? Put your model on the map

 

I loved to facilitate this workshop with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®. This method was magic and the participants connected their minds with their emotions in a marvelous way!
